Tahereh (she/her) is a dedicated Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind, brain, and behavior. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tehran, Iran, and another Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. These qualifications equip her with a comprehensive understanding of mental health from both psychological and neurobiological standpoints, allowing her to provide holistic support to her clients.

Her integrative approach draws from various therapeutic modalities, but she places particular emphasis on Attachment Theory and Emotion-Focused Therapy. By fostering secure connections and exploring underlying emotions, she empowers clients to heal and grow.

With a warm and empathetic approach, she helps individuals navigate a wide range of challenges. Whether it’s relational challenges, depression, anxiety, unhealed trauma, or other emotional struggles, she tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.

Having worked with both youth and adults, she brings years of experience to her practice. She offers therapy in English and Farsi and works with individuals and couples. Her commitment to helping clients overcome difficulties shines through in every session, making her a trusted ally on their journey toward well-being.
